About Me

The calm

Hi, I’m Megan the founder of MK Smart Business Solutions and your behind-the-scenes secret weapon.

With almost two decades of experience spanning pharmacy operations, health sector administration, financial administration, learning and development and stakeholder engagement, I bring real depth across the full back-end of a business. I’ve coordinated large-scale programs, managed budgets to the cent, designed and delivered wellbeing initiatives and kept complex projects and programs running smoothly behind the scenes.

I genuinely love helping purpose-driven business owners bring ideas to life and I have a knack for taking a half-formed idea that’s still finding its shape and turning it into something real. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come to me. That’s kind of the whole point.

As your Online Business Manager, I keep your projects moving, your systems running and your operations on track because working smarter, not harder, starts with having the right person handling the details. You focus on the work that matters most, with someone in your corner who’s as invested in your success as you are.
